Nathan McCracken

OWNER | LICENSED CONTRACTOR

I’ve always been a detail-minded person, drawn to the challenge of thinking through complex projects and breaking them into clear, manageable steps. From drawing plans and creating design renderings to writing scopes of work and project timelines, I find satisfaction in bringing order to each remodeling project.

Equally important to me is the building itself. I’ve studied and practiced proficient construction methods and take pride in well-crafted results. As both contractor and lead builder, I oversee every project from start to finish. I believe in efficient timelines, a respectful, clean, and safe work environment, and open communication so you can be at ease throughout the remodeling process.

Outside of work, I’m low-key by nature. You’ll often find me listening to podcasts, working through a New York Times puzzle with a glass of iced tea, or spending time with my wife and our four children. Together, we enjoy basketball, pickleball, and biking whenever we can.

OWNER | ADMINISTRATION & DESIGN

I have been smitten with homes for as long as I can remember.

Growing up in the home-building industry, my first job was cleaning newly built houses. From the exterior to the interior, I loved the anticipation of discovering each floor plan and design. I would stand in every room, taking in the details and decisions the homeowners had made. Smitten.

Today, I partner with my husband to create custom remodeling plans, and I still look forward to uncovering each homeowner’s preferences and shaping spaces that reflect them. Alongside design, I’m equally passionate about administration and digital creativity—both invaluable in an industry with so many moving parts. Developing an ordered, step-driven process for our clients has become one of my favorite contributions.

My laptop may be my most-used tool, but I also draw energy from cappuccinos (the darker, the better), jazz music during the workday, and an occasional return to my ’90s favorites. At the end of the day, Nathan and our four children are my greatest joy. Though I’m a midwesterner by upbringing and coastal at heart, I’ve found home in the beautiful mountains of Idaho.
