FAQ's
Yes, we do!
Our Proposal Reports are very detailed and can be offered after a Consultation Meeting with you.
Step One | Preliminary Information
We ask that you fill out our Contact Form or give us a call to discuss the information we need to determine if we are a good fit right from the start.
Step Two | Consultation Meeting
We consider a Consultation Meeting a time for conversation. We want to listen to the plans you have for your home, walk through the areas you are remodeling, and share guidance as we visually examine your home.
This is an excellent time to share your investment range, the design styles you like, and your family's essential needs as we share about our company and remodeling process.
We will then discuss if we believe the scope of remodeling work is properly matched within your investment range. If we agree that we're a good fit, we will discuss moving forward with a Proposal Report.
Step Three | Proposal Report
A Proposal Report is our formal estimate. All of our Proposal Reports are calculated with detailed accuracy and research. We look up your home's permit history, talk with your building department, confer with trades and an engineer if need be, and write a detailed report that includes the scope of work and material expenses.
