This project was a long time coming ...
I have had this project saved in my "back pocket" for a while!
First, I wanted to save it for the springtime weather to change and celebrate the outdoors, and second, this project deserves a spotlight.
I'll explain …
The homeowners approached us a few years ago with the desire to build a custom iron and cedar privacy gate and fence. They also had a few smaller projects, but this was their primary focus.
Nathan worked with a custom iron company to design and fabricate what the homeowners had in mind. The wait time would be extensive, but the homeowners were excited to proceed.
So, every detail was meticulously planned and coordinated with the appropriate offices before the work began. The start day finally came around on one of the hottest days of summer, and after a few days of work, the project was abruptly stopped.
Anonymously, legitimacies were questioned, notices were handed out, and many communications were exchanged. The homeowners showed unwavering dedication throughout this year-long interruption, diligently working through the challenges. Their patience and perseverance paid off, as the result benefitted them better than initially planned.
We were back to work!
We appreciate the opportunity to have worked with this kind and patient couple and to have been a part of remodeling their beautiful property.

Project Breakdown
This project involved a heavy-duty custom solid iron gate and fence. Typically, gates and fence panels are hollow. However, the homeowners were set on a solid classic design. So, the electric gate weighed 700 pounds, and the spear-headed picket panels were also very heavy. Each gate and panel were held in place by 12" x 12" cedar posts capped with black powder-coated steel.
The rest of the project involved installing a 30-foot-tall flagpole, landscaping, tree removal, and a second parking area built across the street
